Issue a scoped key
Console → Configurations → Integrations generates an API key scoped to reports:read, tied to one utility.
Get Data → Web
In Power BI Desktop, choose Get Data → Web and paste a report URL — revenue, billing-aging, consumption or the customer roster.
Authenticate with the key
Add the key as an X-Api-Key header under advanced HTTP settings. No separate login, no OData feed — just the key.
Refresh on your schedule
Power BI re-pulls the endpoint whenever the report refreshes, so finance and audit are always looking at live figures.
